Manager/SENco/DSL

Hayley is the experienced and dedicated Manager of Rainbow Early Years, bringing seven years of expertise in the childcare sector to her role. Her passion for early childhood development is evident in her leadership and commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. In addition to her management responsibilities, Hayley serves as the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring the well-being and individual needs of every child are met.

Zoe – Deputy Manager & Key Person.

Zoe is one of our Deputy Managers at Rainbow Early Years, bringing energy, creativity, and a wealth of experience in early childhood education. As a key person, she builds strong, trusting relationships with the children in her care, helping them to feel secure, confident and valued. She is passionate about fostering a fun and engaging learning environment where every child feels inspired to explore, learn and develop. Zoe’s focus on supporting both staff and children helps to ensure a positive, collaborative and nurturing atmosphere across the preschool.

Laura – Deputy Manager, Deputy SENCo & Key Person

Laura is a valued member of the Rainbow Early Years team, bringing warmth, dedication, and a wealth of experience to her role. As one of our Deputy Managers and Deputy SENCo, she plays an important role in supporting both children and staff across the preschool. Laura is also a key person, building strong and trusting relationships with the children in her care and supporting them to feel secure, confident and valued. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to explore, learn and develop at their own pace.

Lauren is the dedicated administrator of Rainbow Early Years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to the role. She ensures the smooth and efficient running of our centre, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both children and staff. Lauren is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and is a valuable asset to our team.

Kelly – Early Years Apprentice & Key Person

Kelly is a valued member of the Rainbow Early Years team, bringing enthusiasm, care, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development. As a key person for our Yellow Group, Kelly builds warm and trusting relationships with the children in her care, helping them to feel secure, confident and ready to explore. Alongside her role in the setting, Kelly is currently completing her Level 2 Early Years apprenticeship, continuing to develop her knowledge, skills and understanding of supporting young children. She creates a friendly and nurturing environment where every child feels encouraged, valued and supported to learn, grow and thrive.
